Alex has more than 25 years of experience and an extensive record of success in leading payment services and software businesses. He was the President & CEO of Official Payments (NASDAQ: OPAY) , from 2010 until its sale to ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW) in 2013, and most recently assisted ACIW in both corporate development and product strategy.
Prior to Official Payments, Alex was the president of Fuelman, the private-labeled fleet card business of FleetCor (NYSE: FLT). Hart was also the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Electronic Banking Services for CheckFree (NASDAQ: CKFR), the leading banking and bill payment software and services company now owned by Fiserv (NASDAQ: FISV).
Alex joined CheckFree as a result of its 2007 acquisition of Corillian (NASDAQ: CORI), the online banking and bill payment software company that he led through an extensive transformation as president and CEO between 2002 and 2007. Prior to Corillian, Hart also held a variety of sales, marketing, and product management positions at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT), CheckFree, and NationsBank, now Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).
Alex graduated from Harvard University.

Gregor brings to Avangate nearly 20 years of experience in SEC reporting, Initial Public Offerings, U.S. GAAP technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, process improvement and operational rationalization.
Gregor is based in the Atlanta office of Avangate and is responsible for the finance and HR functions of the company.
Before joining Avangate, Gregor was CFO for Linq3 Technologies LLC, a private company engaged in offering state-regulated lottery products on point-of-sale terminals. Prior to Linq3, he held various Vice President of Finance and Controllership roles at Landis+Gyr, a multinational corporation with 45 companies in over 30 countries and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, focused on metering and other energy management technologies; CDC Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed enterprise software company; and Serologicals Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company engaged in offering biotechnology products and services to researchers and corporations.

Erich brings with him over 20 years of senior leadership, commercial, product and operations experience in growing software businesses to Avangate. Before joining Avangate, he was General Manager of North America for Viewpoint Construction Software, a leading provider of ERP solutions to the construction industry. Before that, Erich was President of the Digital Channels Division at Fiserv Inc. [NYSE: FISV], a leading global financial services technology provider.
During his tenure with Fiserv, he also served in several sales and strategy leadership roles in the Electronic Banking Services Division including SVP and GM of Consumer Services. Erich joined Fiserv through its acquisition of CheckFree [NASDAQ: CKFR], which had acquired Corillian Corporation in 2007. As EVP of Sales and Marketing at Corillian [NASDAQ: CORI], he led all sales, marketing, distribution channels, and customer relationship management for the enterprise software company.

Sandip is an innovator and senior leader delivering business operations, technology, product, and development excellence across major enterprises. He also brings more than two decades of experience in payments, billing, and transactional processing in both public and private companies. Aligned with an innovative, strategic approach his experience allows him to understand critical performance factors and emulate best practices that drive non-stop reliable operational delivery of solutions with ongoing success to accelerate growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Avangate, Sandip worked at AT&T, Alltel, Schlumberge, Incomm, Official Payments.
Sandip holds a master's degree in statistics from Utkal University in India, a master's degree in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Christopher is responsible for the global Risk, Compliance and Legal functions.
Christopher has held multiple executive level positions with SaaS, enterprise software and technology companies.
Prior to joining Avangate in 2015, Christopher served most recently as the General Counsel and head of human resources for PowerPlan, Inc.
Christopher received a B.A. Hons. from the University of Western Ontario, a J.D. from the University of Arkansas and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
When not in the office, Christopher enjoys distance running, swimming and spending time with his family.

Adriana s-a alaturat echipei Avangate in 2006, dupa parasirea rolului sau in cadrul Ipsos Interactive Europe, ca Web Marketing Manager si in acest rol a crescut vizibilitatea online a Avangate si a consolidat brandul companiei, a imbogatit portofoliul de produse de marketing online si a dezvoltat Reteaua de Afiliati de la lansare la maturitate.
Cu peste 8 ani experienta in eCommerce si strategii de marketing online, experienta utilizatorilor, analiza ratelor de conversie si marketing de produs, experienta aplicata in industria software, Adriana a detinut si un mandat de 2 ani in Consiliul de Directori al Asociatiei Profesionistilor in Software, pana in 2010.

Detinand anterior rolul de Area Sales Manager in cadrul Avira, Laurentiu a implementat cu succes strategii pentru canalul de distributie al produselor de securitate ale companiei. A dezvoltat business-ul international al organizatiei, in Europa de Vest si Nord, precum si in intreaga Africa.
In 2006, cand a devenit Account Executive in cadrul Avangate, a inceput sa dezvolte business-ul companiei pe piete internationale, avand o abordare vizionara, acordand atentie detaliilor si constribuind continuu la cresterea veniturilor companiei, precum si la dezvoltarea produselor sale.
Din octombrie 2007, in calitate de VP Vanzari Globale, a definit strategii cheie pentru dezvoltarea business-ului Avangate, punand bazele echipelor de vanzari in Europa, Rusia, China si America de Nord. In prezent Laurentiu coordoneaza echipa de vanzari din Europa si administreaza personal clientii de top ai companiei.
Laurentiu intelege in profunzime business-ul software, o opinie impartasita de multi dintre partenerii sai de business, iar atitudinea sa orientata pe rezultate contribuie substantial la evolutia pozitiva a Avangate.
